Life Imitating Art!

A lovely reader who lives in an independent living complex for older people invited me to talk and read to her neighbours. Fifteen seniors turned out and we had a wonderful afternoon discussing everything Kendal related.

Just how I’d imagined Jurassic Court, the retirement complex in the centre of Kendal Acts Up.

I’m hoping for more invitations. Love a ginger biscuit!

Book Clubs

My pickleball pals are keen to ask about Kendal Acts UP. - it’s putting me off my game! So we had a brand new book group with plenty of chat, questions and insights.

Only one member of The PIckleball bookclub had been to a book group before.

Best selling fiction signing at Waterstones (they said). A chance to meet and chat and read on a busy Saturday.
